How Crews Director Works
- Let's say a client needs to book a resource such as a videographer. The client can log onto crewsdirector.com with their password, check availability, and request a booking.

- The videographer receives an email with the request and agrees to the booking by sending a confirmation back.

- Once the videographer is booked, Crews Director visually blocks out those dates so that other clients can note the unavailability. They cannot see the details, just that they are unavailable.

- Let's say another producer on the client team needs to know the videographer's name. That producer can also log onto Crews Director with their password and get the information instantly for this project.

- Two days before the shoot, the videographer receives a reminder to show up for work. A quick login to Crews Director reveals the call sheet with all the detail of the job.

- The client also needs an audio person and is unfamiliar with the talent in a particular city. They do a search on the Crews Director's database and quickly finds a number of qualified sound mixers. They book through Crews Director, and now the call sheet is automatically updated.

- The client has its own camera equipment. They want to schedule it for use on the shoot, but not list it as part of the large international database. That's ok. Crews Director lets them add their own internal resources, which no one else can see or access.

- The client now has a record of the project that they can pull anytime.
