Identity details take a second step
Your date of birth and Known Traveler Number are only shown after a second-factor sign-in step, so a stolen password alone won't reveal them.
You see your own pay
Your rates show on your own bookings. Crew lists on a show carry names, positions and contact details, and no pay.
Changes are recorded
Edits to records are logged, so the office can see what changed and when.

Why did I get an invite?
A production company you work with, or are about to, uses Crews Director to schedule its shows. They added you so your bookings, travel and show details can reach you directly.
Does it cost me anything?
No. Crews Director is free for crew.
What do I need to sign in?
Your email address and a password you set. Some details, like your date of birth and Known Traveler Number, also ask for a code from an authenticator app before they appear.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Crews Director opens in your phone's browser with a layout built for it: your schedule, your travel and your profile, one tap apart. There's nothing to install.
Can I put my gigs in my own calendar?
Yes. Subscribe to your schedule from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, and your bookings appear alongside everything else.
Who can see my profile?
You, and the people at your production company whose job needs it, such as whoever books your travel. Staff working the same show can see your name, position and contact details. They don't see your pay or identity details.

Watch for the invite from your production company. Once you're in, fill in your profile first. It's what they book your travel from.
